Yesterday, 16 October 2025, in the framework of the E.DSO General Assembly meeting, kindly hosted by member EWE Netz in Berlin, Germany, E.DSO was pleased to welcome Elektrilevi OÜ, Estonia, Premier Energy Distribution SA, Moldova, and Sadales tīkls AC, Latvia (already an Associate Member), as new Full Members, as of January 2026.
Elektrilevi OÜ is the largest distribution network operator in Estonia, covering 95% of the country with the power grid and serving more than 533,000 electricity network customers. Premier Energy Distribution SA is the largest private operator of the electricity distribution system in the Republic of Moldova, serving an area of over 77% of the country’s territory, in 20 of the 37 districts and in the Chișinău municipality, and distributing electricity to over 955,000 consumption points in the centre and south of the country. Sadales tīkls AC provides electricity distribution services to more than 790,000 customers, with a network covering 99% of Latvia’s territory.
With the addition of Elektrilevi OÜ, Premier Energy Distribution SA, and Sadales tīkls AC, E.DSO’s membership will encompass 38 leading electricity DSOs and two national associations, with approximately 200 million connection points.
We would also like to take this opportunity to welcome our newly appointed Board members, Ercole De Luca (Areti) and Luc Decoster (Fluvius), and to thank the outgoing Board members, Vittorio Zane and Guy Cosyns, for their service.
