In order to tackle the mismatch between supply and demand for skills, especially for specialised technicians, Enel, in 2022 launched the “Energies for Growth” project, primarily focused on preparing experts in the electrical network and it is aimed at unemployed and inactive individuals.
The goal is to create specialised labor to be placed in Enel’s partner companies, strengthening the sector with new professionals and reducing the gap between supply and demand for labor. 4,400 people have been trained, of which about 2,700 have been hired by companies in Enel’s supply chain.
