The European Commission DG ENER is currently discussing the challenges of digitalisation of the energy sector as an enabler to reach the objectives under the Energy Union and implement the provisions of the Clean Energy Package. With the intention to better understand the views of stakeholders, DG ENER submitted a questionnaire focusing on energy data access, digital platforms and solutions, cybersecurity and sector coupling.
