Unleashing data-driven innovation & promoting the creation of an inclusive ecosystem of all stakeholders across the energy data value chain!
In October 2022, the European Commission launched the Digital Action Plan: An initiative developing a digital energy infrastructure & digital energy services, and ultimately, an efficient, competitive market. A central aspect of this plan is represented by the concept of Energy Data Spaces.
Together with Martine Gouriet (EDF & GAIA-X), this episode explores what exactly is behind this concept and how the future energy system, increasingly based on decentralised generation with ever new market players, will rely on data-driven energy spaces to manage the new complexity.
