Selection of the next ACER Director launched

The European Commission has launched the procedure for selecting the next Director of ACER, the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators, as the second mandate of Alberto Pototschnig, the current Director of the Agency, comes to an end in September 2018. The Agency is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The vacancy notice, describing the position, listing the requirements of the post and providing guidance on how to apply, is published on the Official Journal of the European Union (C 286 A) of 30 August 2017 and can also be accessed through the Agency’s website: www.acer.europa.eu. The deadline for submitting the applications is 27 September 2017

The next Director will take over from Alberto Pototschnig on 16 September 2018.
