The “Energies for School” program is mainly targeted to final year’s students of Technical and Vocational Institutes. It aims at bridging the gap between education and labor market.
The training is divided in two phases: 120 hours of basic theoretical/practical courses delivered during school hours as part of the PCTO (Paths for Transversal Skills and Orientation) and a post-diploma practical specialist course to obtain a professional qualification aimed at employment in Enel’s partner companies. Approximately 1,000 students have been hired by companies in Enel’s supply chain in the three previous editions.
